Are your goals Big, Hairy and Audacious?
We all need big goals. Goals that may not be even close to our grasp yet still in our minds, souls and dreams. And there’s no goal bigger than a Big Hairy Audacious Goal, or BHAG for short.
Here are my BHAGs, as replied to Sean’s tweet:
- #BHAG 1 Have novels and a fantasy world as well regarded as Terry Pratchett’s Discworld
- #BHAG 2 Live one year in New Zealand
- #BHAG 3 Have at least one feature article appear in every major #craftbeer publication in North America
I’m not there yet, but these goals are underway. From progress on book and world building, to crafting queries to beer publications all over the place, I’m going to make my BHAGs into BHA&D—Big, Hairy, Audacious & Done.
