The Flash was always his favorite hero. Fast, sleek, and just a bit of a smart-ass – a red blur just before the stars and knockout-black of the evil of the world. He opened another comic. He grinned. He dreamed, fast and happy of the wind not even ruffling his hair, but struggling to catch up. He looked up at the moon, and wondered if it just took running fast enough to turn air into a staircase — An unheld comic fluttered to the ground in a puff of displaced air.
