Falling Sky is offering an exclusive Brewers Harvest Spring Dinner on Sunday, Mar. 24, 2013, starting at 7:30 p.m. Here’s the menu. Please don’t drool on your device:

  • POTTED RABBIT shallot jam, pickled mustard seeds, crostini. Paired with D.I.B.s IRISH RED NITRO
  • DUNGENESS CRAB CAKE preserved lemon aioli, miner’s lettuce. Paired with DAS BITTER
  • BEER BRAISED LAMB soft polenta, spring mushrooms, stinging nettle salsa. Paired with BOCK OUT COLLABORATION
  • ÉCLAIR malt chocolate dipped, stout pastry cream. Paired with REELIN’ IN THE OATS STOUT
