Martini of Destiny Update: Week One

The Martini of Destiny, by Anthony St. ClairGreetings from Idaho! After all the work on the launch, I’ve been spending the week with family in Boise while my wife attends a training institute nearby. It’s been a great way to refresh, and wow, what an amazing week it’s been! I just wanted to say thank you for all the incredible well-wishes, feedback and support with my book.

Over these last few days, The Martini of Destiny is now in double-digit sales and has its first 5-star review on Amazon—a good start! I’ve received so many wonderful emails, Facebook comments and notes on Twitter from everyone. It’s been really nice.

Through Smashwords, The Martini of Destiny is also in the process of being made available through other e-book stores, including Barnes & Noble, iTunes and more. Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Kobo also have free reader apps you can use on your computer, tablet or smartphone. As the book goes up on more sites, I’ll post links to The Martini of Destiny’s official page here.

In the meantime, a few last tidbits:

  1. If you’re interested in any further updates about The Martini of Destiny or my future books, subscribe to my free special email list for people who want updates.
  2. If you read and enjoyed The Martini of Destiny, a review on Amazon or Smashwords is a tremendous help to promote more sales. Just a sentence or two and your star rating will make a difference.
  3. Some of you have mentioned having trouble reviewing the book on Amazon and Smashwords. Let me know if you have trouble again; I’m checking on some things with them to take care of any issues. You can also email me your review, and I’ll post it on my website.
  4. In case you’re wondering, it is possible to buy a Kindle version as a gift. This has been a frequent question. On the Kindle page for the book, just click the “Give as a Gift” button on the right side. You just need the recipient’s email address.

And now to take my son to the Boise Zoo.

Love, thanks & enjoy the summer!
