One word. One decision. One action… One pushup.

Exercise and I are always on so-so terms. Funnily enough, my weight and I are too. For years I’ve fought with my body-mass ratio, and right now I’m the most fit I’ve ever been in my life. That isn’t really saying too much, mind you, but I’ll gladly take the wee belly I have now, to the extra 20 lbs. I was packing back in my all-you-can-eat-mealplan college days. Twenty pounds might not sound like much in the grand scheme of things, but when you’re only 5’4″, well, it makes a big difference.
